We are looking for a skilled Support and Teaching Professional to join our team and work with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Key Stage 2.

About the Role

This position involves providing direct support and teaching to pupils with ASD, assisting them with their academic, social, and emotional development. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering one-to-one and small group sessions to support pupils with ASD
  • Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational plans
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage challenging behaviours
  • Dedicated, reliable, and flexible

Salary: £100-£130 per day
