Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor dealer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing motor dealer accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territory
- Provide training and coaching to dealers to support warranty sales
- Manage and negotiate sales agreements with dealers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
