Unlock Your Potential as a Junior Social Media Specialist

We're seeking a talented and experienced Junior Social Media Specialist to drive our social media presence forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique voice and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, including images, videos, and carousels, across major social media platforms.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for organic social media posts and paid social advertisements that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze content performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Platform Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns across organic and paid channels, including content calendar planning, posting, and campaign analysis.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a social media executive or junior social media specialist, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
  • Skills: Proficiency in creating and optimizing content for social media, excellent communication skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
