We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our established practice in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. As a Private Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base, providing general and cosmetic dentistry services.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, with full-time and part-time options available. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and will have a flexible approach to their working hours. We understand the importance of notice periods and will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.

The practice is a 4-surgery dental practice with a team of 3 experienced dentists. You will have access to OPG and Intraoral Cameras, and will be supported by a team of experienced hygienists, nurses, and receptionists.

We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities for our dentists. If you are interested in developing your skills in Invisalign, we are happy to supplement or fund courses to support your career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general and cosmetic dentistry services to a diverse patient base
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of the practice and its patient base
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered dentist with the General Dental Council (GDC) and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.

We offer a competitive salary, which is commensurate with experience. The estimated salary for this role is £80,000-£140,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
