Experience in working with children, knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years, and ability to communicate well with adults and children are essential requirements. A minimum Level 3 qualification, evidence of ongoing personal development training, and a desire to continue professional development are desirable. The successful candidate will also need to hold a recent Paediatric First Aid certificate and have basic food hygiene knowledge.
