About the Role

As a key member of our Transport Management & Enforcement service, you will support the Transport Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise work tasks and schedules for Transport staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders, promoting an integrated approach to Transport services.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to relevant policies and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with legislation, taking proactive measures to maintain compliance.
  • Support the Transport Officer in supervising up to 15 support roles, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Making informed decisions regarding Transport service provision, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems for legislative data requirements.

Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
