This is an inclusive co-educational provision for children with Autism aged between 5 and 16 years, and split across two sites in West London. The school is committed to providing a student-centred approach, professional development, and wellbeing of staff at the forefront of everything they do.
The school is continuously developing its offering to provide the most outstanding education and outcomes for its students and the teams around them. Each pupil receives an individually devised programme based on a pupil-centred, multi-professional approach to learning, aimed at increasing communication and independence.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Additional qualifications related to SEN and/or school leadership would be highly desirable
- Successful teaching and/or leadership experience within a similar setting/environment
- Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and relevant accreditations related to SEN/Autism
- Successful line management experience including training and development of teaching staff
- Strong understanding of Ofsted expectations and the Independent Schools Standards would also be highly desirable
