We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Shipton-by-Beningborough. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
- Support 4 young ladies in their busy and active lives.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
- Part-time: flexible hours based on availability.
All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.
- Days: between 07:00 and 22:00.
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
Benefits- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (prorata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
