We are seeking a highly skilled Goal-Oriented OKR Performance Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As an experienced professional in the field of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising OKRs across Aviva IWR CIO and exploring plans for wider adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and supervise OKRs across Aviva IWR CIO
  • Train, coach, and support leaders and employees on OKR methodology and goal-setting best practice
  • Monitor progress against OKRs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of OKR methodology and best practices, as well as excellent coaching and analytical skills. They will also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.

What We Offer:
  • National salary circa £80,000, London salary circa £90,000
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's
