Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £30,430.40 - £33,176.00 per annum, with sleep ins available and paid in addition to salary.

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of support workers, including direct supervision and day-to-day running of the home.
  • Support, assist and deputise for the Registered Manager where necessary.
  • Work directly with the children, being a good role model to the team.
  • Take on administrative duties as required by the homes manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in a leadership role in a residential childcare environment.
  • To hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
