Job Description:
- Manage a team of support workers, including direct supervision and day-to-day running of the home.
- Support, assist and deputise for the Registered Manager where necessary.
- Work directly with the children, being a good role model to the team.
- Take on administrative duties as required by the homes manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least two years' experience in a leadership role in a residential childcare environment.
- To hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma.
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
