We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of Home Delivery Drivers. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering shopping to customers' doors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Working collaboratively with our store operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driving license (held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, even in challenging circumstances.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
