Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Logistics Clearance Specialist to support its Logistics & Import Coordination team. This role involves providing clearance instructions for items sourced for internal use, handling returned goods, and overseeing the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clearance instructions for items sourced for internal use
  • Handle items being returned for repair
  • Oversee the RMA process from initial customer contact to item receipt
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and HMRC

The ideal candidate will have established experience of import processes within a manufacturing environment, including Returned Goods Relief, Inward Processing Relief (for Repairs), and Home Use. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems would be beneficial.
