As a key member of the Academics team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students across a range of year groups.

This role offers a flexible working pattern, ideal for those looking to gain experience in a variety of school settings or for individuals needing the flexibility to balance other commitments.

The successful candidate will assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, providing individualized support to students with additional needs and helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons and provide support to students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and understanding.
  • Individualized Support: Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, ensuring they can fully participate and progress in their studies.
  • Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting good behaviour and engagement among students.
  • Resource Provision: Assist with the preparation and distribution of educational resources to support teaching and learning.
