The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to secure frameworks and competitively tendered schemes, assisting in the tender process, and submitting work-winning bids. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to play a key role in the successful work winning team of a privately-owned contractor.

We offer a full order book for 2025/2026, stable and ongoing work, opportunities for progression, and a commitment to training and development.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Experience of understanding bid procedures and responding to tenders and framework bids
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages etc.
  • Ability to motivate and work as part of a team
  • Professional writing skills

**Benefits and Salary:**

A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE) plus company bonus scheme, healthcare scheme, and company pension. To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Bid Writer/Bid Coordinator with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
