Job Title: SEND Teacher (Bexley) - Full Time Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to join our team at a school in Bexley. As a qualified SEND teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people with diverse learning needs, using creative and flexible approaches to enhance their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging teaching, tutoring, and mentoring sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide holistic and engaging sessions that cater to the diverse learning needs of SEND students.
- Complete detailed lesson reports and provide valuable feedback on student progress.
Requirements:
- Hold professional teaching qualifications such as QTS, QTLS, PGCE, B.Ed, PTLLS, DTLLS, or CELTA.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEND setting.
- Have experience working with young people with Additional Educational Needs.
- Understand and apply safeguarding processes.
- Possess an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Provide two professional references.
