Asset Maintenance Specialist

Encocam Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Operative to provide a cost-effective and professional building maintenance service across our sites and company houses in Huntingdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance and defective repairs work as generated by the Project & Maintenance Co-Ordinator.
- Liaise and work with technical maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work at heights.
