Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements

  • 1 year's relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a busy or independent restaurant or takeaway.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification or equivalent.
