Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RE/History Teacher to join our team at a prestigious mixed school in Basildon. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching RE/History at KS3 & KS4 levels.

About the School:

The school is a great mixed school in Basildon with excellent transport links. It is an over-subscribed school with good behaviour and able students. The school has a longstanding history of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach RE/History at KS3 & KS4 levels
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members

Requirements:

  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Ability to teach RE/History at KS3 & KS4 levels
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
