About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Recovery Specialist to join our Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' recovery journey, providing high-quality care and ensuring their safe transition back to their normal daily activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert care and support to patients undergoing surgery, focusing on their recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized recovery plans, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies to enhance patient care.
