### Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our high-performing property department in Newton-le-Willows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our fee earners, handling client enquiries, and ensuring seamless transaction processes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates
* Assist fee earners with caseloads from inception to completion
* Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships
* Manage administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
* Open and close files for solicitors

### Ideal Candidate

* Minimum 12 months experience in Conveyancing
* Proven ability to deal with clients face-to-face or over the phone
* Experience with Sale and Purchase transactions
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
