MUFG is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact on our talent management projects and initiatives.

Talent Management Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop talent development initiatives, focusing on internal mobility and career development.
  • Manage communications and initiatives related to employee career progression, including project managing Own Your Career Week and facilitating Career Development sessions.
  • Deliver briefing sessions to HR and business stakeholders in preparation for talent and development planning processes.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive awareness of internal opportunities and increase internal candidate pipeline for MUFG.
  • Write communications, proposals, and guides to support the enhancement of key talent processes.
  • Build relationships with HRBPs across EMEA to provide first point of contact for talent queries and advise on talent management processes.
  • Draft and issue regular talent management communications to HRBPs and the business.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks in talent acquisition processes and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and systems, improving data accuracy and reporting.
  • Project manage key activities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Draft communications for HRBP and business leaders.
  • Update recruitment policies and guidance materials.
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment data to ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
  • Coordinate supplier management process and monitor vendors.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of talent management and acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with HRBPs and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of recruitment policies and procedures.
