Key Responsibilities:

* Collect blood samples from patients in accordance with training and procedures
* Record collection of blood samples in patient record in accordance with practice procedure
* Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Nurse
* Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* Qualified / trained in Phlebotomy
* GCSE pass grades in English and Maths
* Experience of working alongside nursing teams and providing a phlebotomy service (one year minimum)
* Experience of working within Primary Care
