Job Title: Property Maintenance Manager

TXM Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join our team in Knightsbridge, London. As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate property refurbishment and building works
  • Supervise and plan maintenance and mechanical works, ensuring they are completed to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner
  • Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including preventative maintenance and reactive calls
  • Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property maintenance and management
  • Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
