Job Summary:
Rullion Limited is seeking highly skilled and electrically and mechanically proficient dual-skilled fitters for an ongoing contract opportunity with a leading rail company. As a member of the maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing the Class 390 Avanti High-Speed Trains Fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain traction and rolling stock in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Background in Aerospace, REME (Engineering in the Armed Forces), HGV/Buses, or operating large vehicles.
Working Conditions:
- Shift Pattern: 1 x Permanent Nights (4 days on, 4 days off), 2 x Days and Nights (2 weeks Days and 2 weeks Nights).
- Ongoing contract starting ASAP.
Compensation:
- Permanent Nights: PAYE £27.59 per hour, Umbrella £34.61 per hour (first 12 weeks), PAYE £27.59 per hour, Umbrella £36.48 per hour (post 12 weeks).
- Days and Nights: PAYE £27.47 per hour, Umbrella £34.46 per hour (first 12 weeks), PAYE £27.47 per hour, Umbrella £36.32 per hour (post 12 weeks).
