This field-based position requires individuals who are comfortable working independently at various client sites. Key duties will include:

  • Conducting temperature monitoring and sampling procedures
  • Servicing and testing TMVs to ensure fail-safe operation
  • Flushing, cleaning, and descaling shower heads to maintain quality standards
  • Carefully inspecting, cleaning, and descaling calorifiers to prevent any potential issues
  • Cleaning and disinfecting pipework systems and cold water storage tanks to meet health and safety regulations
  • Conducting closed system water analysis sampling and providing water treatment solutions
  • Undertaking some remedial plumbing work as required

We estimate the annual salary to be around £34,500, taking into account industry standards and regional factors. The company also provides a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and travel expenses.
