KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Childcare Assessor and Trainer to join our client's team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position that involves assessing and supporting learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5. The ideal candidate will have strong occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting, a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum, and a full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills development.
- Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources.
