Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Professional. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our premium vehicle fleet, advise customers on protection items and extras, and manage our rental process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable rental experiences for every customer by maximizing sales and service opportunities
- Advise national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
- Manage our premium vehicle fleet, selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
- Assist with driving and valeting cars when required
What We Offer
- Competitive annual salary of £24,544, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of £400 and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £40,000

Requirements
- Sales talent and motivation, with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Practical experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism, with a valid driver's license and at least 12 months of driving experience
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
