About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content Specialist to join our team at TriloDocs. This full-time hybrid role based in London, UK will involve ensuring client satisfaction with our AI tool and product, coordinating onboarding and training, analyzing customer data, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Training: Develop comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure they effectively utilize the AI product.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions tailored to specific needs and skill levels of clients.
  • Product Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients addressing questions or issues related to product usage.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients regarding training effectiveness and product usability, and use this feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert on the AI product staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients acting as trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Usage and Adoption: Monitor client usage and adoption metrics identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion of services.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory medical writing experience (Ideally phase 3 comparative studies - CSRs)
  • Customer Satisfaction relationship building and customer service skills
  • Analytical Skills for interpreting data feedback and translating those insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as science business or marketing

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail as well as hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel PowerPoint) and CRMs (like HubSpot)
  • Delivery mindset and you achieve goals in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the internet software or the startup industry
  • You are fluent in English

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
