Job Title: Sales Floor Team Member

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Floor Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, working effectively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with your schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Offering fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Supporting the sales process, including processing stock and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor environment
  • Working effectively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets
  • Participating in visual merchandising activities to maintain a visually appealing store environment

You will be rewarded with an estimated salary of £9.00 per hour, plus benefits such as recognition and rewards for excellent performance, 25% off most NEXT products, and access to exclusive discounts at partner brands.
