About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a family-run regional housing developer based in Buckinghamshire.
Salary and Benefits: Up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits, including career development opportunities.
Job Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work on new build projects, streamlining our approach to working with housing associations and local authorities to create homes that people aspire to live in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential sector projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need a good knowledge of the residential sector and experience working on new build projects. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential.
