Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the early years sector while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children between the ages of 0-5, organizing activities and providing care and support.
- Assist and meet the personal and emotional needs of individual children, including changing nappies, feeding, and establishing relationships.
- Work under supervision to provide all aspects of care and support to children, ensuring they participate in day-to-day learning and play activities.
- Ensure the setting is safe, clean, and well-presented.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of work and provide a positive experience for children.
Requirements:
- Be passionate about caring for children.
- Have an outgoing, bubbly, and motivated attitude.
- Be a committed, punctual, and reliable individual.
