Job Title: Multiskilled HVAC Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of HVAC maintenance, including service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering a portfolio of retail sites across Essex and Kent
  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment
  • General maintenance duties as and when required – pumps, hot water pipes, FCU's and AHU's
  • This role is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (flexible working hours are available)
  • No call out required
  • Overtime is available
  • Electric vehicle and charger installation will be supplied (personal use is available)

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold their F-Gas or AC and Refrigeration or commercial gas tickets
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential
  • Strong communication skills
