We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling files, and conducting litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage your own caseload, including handling files and conducting litigation.
  • Liaise with referrers and manage their expectations regarding quality and service.
  • Take initial instructions from clients and assess funding requirements.
  • Investigate limitation, liability, causation, and assess quantum.
  • Advise clients and take initial instructions from them.
  • Liaise with insurers and conduct litigation work, subject to experience and expertise.
  • Draft court documents where appropriate and engage in evidence gathering and negotiation work.
  • Comply with office procedures and provide assistance to team members.
Requirements:
  • Valid file handling experience and litigation experience.
  • Ability to vet claims at initial stages and assess funding requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
