Procurement Specialist

Headstock Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join its Purchasing team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring seamless shipments to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with suppliers to confirm and manage purchase orders.
  • Arranging shipments and ensuring accurate data is maintained on internal systems.
  • Administration of manufacturing workflows and production orders.
  • Management of key company data.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Efficient workflow management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
