Lead Our Conveyancing Team

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our conveyancing team in Manchester. As Head of Conveyancing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of conveyancing professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing centre, including workload management, resource allocation, and process optimisation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the conveyancing team.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a conveyancing or legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
