Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary practice, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional excellence in patient care, adhering to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Support and share clinical best practice within and across practices, and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and provide exceptional care to animals and their owners.
  • Participate in coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.

Requirements

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
  • Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
