Staff Nurse

About the Role:
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Redburn Ward, Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of person-centered treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our AHP colleagues to ensure our patients have the best outcome possible by delivering person-centered treatment plans which includes patients' own rehabilitation goals. You must be a 1st level registered Nurse with a genuine interest in Rehabilitation, in particular after stroke. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are also imperative.
Requirements:
You will be expected to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and show commitment and dedication to deliver a high quality service for our patients. Evidence of lifelong learning and continuous professional development is also essential. Your hours will be flexible, working a mix of long and short shifts, depending on needs of the service.
