Quality Personnel is recruiting an experienced Credit Controller for our client based near Buckingham. The company is a small family-owned successful business and they are looking for their first Credit Controller.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing the company's debt collection policies and procedures.
- Managing and collecting debts from outstanding debtors, negotiating payment terms and repayment plans.
- Implementing effective systems to manage and track debt, working closely with the Directors.
- Advising the Directors on any escalation required to recover bad debt.
- Analyzing debtor data and producing regular reports.
- Undertaking credit referencing and advising relevant teams on credit limits where needed.
- Advising the Directors on any debts that need writing off.
- Managing own workload and working collaboratively across teams to minimize debt.
- Providing excellent communication skills and leading challenging conversations.
- Supporting other admin areas of the business as required.
