This is an exciting opportunity to provide a business-focused HR service across multiple sites in the West Country, Staffordshire, and Yorkshire.
As an experienced HR generalist, you will be a confident and capable business partner, working closely with site leaders to deliver HR services that meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to site leaders and teams, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practice across the organization.
- Travel to sites in the West Country, Staffordshire, and Yorkshire, with approximately 25% of the role involving travel outside of Cornwall.
