Teacher of Mathematics

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teacher of Mathematics (SEN Focus) to join our team at an independent specialist school in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our Maths department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and high-quality Maths lessons within a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum.

• Plan and deliver maths lessons that cater to the needs of SEN students
• Enhance the quality of teaching and learning within the school
• Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and ensure a safe learning environment for all students

• Qualified and confident in teaching maths with a strong commitment to supporting children with special needs
• Experience working with SEN students, either in a similar role or a transferable context
• Possession of a current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes opportunities for continuous professional development and training, as well as a competitive pension scheme.
