About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of our facilities, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and equipment repairs. You will also be responsible for engaging with approved contractors and sourcing alternative suppliers as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve home maintenance concerns promptly, utilizing your knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with approved contractors and source alternative suppliers as needed.
  • Cover all emergencies related to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building.
  • Supervise and manage the Maintenance Assistant, including day-to-day supervision, objective setting, and annual reviews.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also have the ability to make responsible choices and decisions, acting in the best interest of our residents.
