The University of Massachusetts Medical School is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our Disability Services team. This role will play a critical part in the coordination and administration of disability determinations for all in and out of state contracts.

As an Administrative Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing unit workflow, training new and existing staff members, monitoring customer service phone queues, and acting as a liaison between agencies and partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant office experience, an Associate's degree in business or a related field, and demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to take a course.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
