As a Brand Innovation Lead at ASOS, you will play a key role in driving the success of our womenswear department through strategic and commercial thinking. With your strong vision and direction, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and creating market-leading products across multiple departments. Your creative eye will need to cover stand-out fashion across various product lines, including casual and formal wear.

  • You will work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Commercial leadership to ensure that your design vision is communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Your expertise in trend research and analysis will enable you to identify new product opportunities and drive the brand's innovation agenda.
  • With your experience in working cross-functionally, you will deliver initiatives that have a positive commercial impact and contribute to business-wide initiatives and projects.
  • You will be responsible for presenting trend research and influencing skills to ensure you are the design voice for the department.
Requirements:
  • You will have significant experience in designing across multi-product lines in both casual and formal end uses with a mid-to-high-level brand or high-end retailer.
  • Your experience in working with pattern cutters & machinists will enable you to develop the best stand-out fashion products for the casual range.
  • You will have a proven ability to drive the success of a department or brand through strategic and commercial thinking.
  • Your commercial handwriting and strong understanding of the ASOS brand and customer will be essential in delivering commercially relevant, fashion-forward ranges.
