Nursing Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, utilizing modern technology to enhance resident records.
- Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
- Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide and support team members.
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff.
- Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with others at all levels.
- Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards.
- Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
