About the Opportunity:

Home Made is the fastest-growing property technology company that's fixing renting for good. We're looking for a skilled Sales Associate to join our Manchester team and contribute to our mission.

Job Summary:

This role involves developing strong relationships with customers, delivering high-quality offers on marketed properties, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth execution of all scheduled events
  • Sales: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets
  • COMMUNICATION: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments
  • PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions
  • DATAMANAGEMENT: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system
  • PROBLEM SOLVING: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process
