Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of our innovative propulsion technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured development program, gaining exposure to multiple technical domains, including satellite engineering, air-breathing propulsion systems, satellite operations, and systems integration and testing.
  • Contribute to the research, development, and testing of our air-intake and rarefied gas dynamics technology.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and test satellite systems, ensuring they meet mission requirements.
  • Enhance your technical and professional skills through hands-on experience, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Apply your knowledge to solve complex challenges, contribute to innovative technology, and play a role in the successful deployment of our satellite missions.
Fundamental Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree level or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Space Technology Background: Experience in university satellite and propulsion projects, interest in space engineering, and a desire to contribute to the future of satellite technology.
  • Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience with building things, working in the lab, and working with electronics is a requirement.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: A systematic, logical, and critical approach to solving technical challenges, with attention to detail.

Application Process

Our interview process consists of four stages. The initial stage involves a call with Alex, followed by two interviews with our founders, Anatolii and Ruslan. If you progress successfully through these stages, you will be invited to complete a set of technical tasks, which will be reviewed and discussed during the fourth and final interview. If feasible, we would also like to invite you to our facilities in Reading as part of the final interview.
