Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Retail Supervisor to join our team at Marks & Spencer Plc. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through creative and effective visual merchandising strategies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retail brand, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in visual merchandising, customer service, and team leadership.

As a Merchandising Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Dressing and styling mannequins to agreed standards, ensuring that our store windows and instore visual elements are always looking their best.
  • Delivering seasonal window implementation, working closely with our design team to create eye-catching displays that drive foot traffic and boost sales.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the store, including maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and ensuring that all merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season, and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Serving customers efficiently and providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilizing digital tools and communication channels to effectively communicate with colleagues and management, and to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive styling skills with experience in applying visual merchandising principles across instore visual elements and windows.
  • Strong product knowledge with a good understanding of customer shopping channels and commercial operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
