Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, including planning and executing activities related to service delivery and performance management of nurses.
As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will monitor contractual performance through analysis, tracking, and trending, and implement strategies for performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support Bundled Care Programs by ensuring compliance with all federal and provincial legislated standards of practice as well as company policies and procedures.
- Complete patient home visits in instances of training, performance evaluation, employee absences, and vacation.
- Plan and coordinate activities to achieve department performance standards.
- Facilitate and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure quality client care and foster positive relationships, both internal and external to the agency.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing at the RN level.
- At least three years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor, preferably in a community setting.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills with both Field and Administrative employees.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
