We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Senior Care position, preferably in the UK.
- Minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organized approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
- Keen to continue growing skills and lead by example.
