Drive Business Growth as a Technical Sales Manager

G1 Search is partnering with a leading renewable energy company to appoint a Technical Sales Manager. This key role will drive business growth by converting prospects into successful solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed the target conversion rate of leads into confirmed solar installation projects.
  • Conduct precise and comprehensive site assessments, delivering timely reports to support the creation of accurate project proposals.
  • Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction, evidenced by positive client feedback and minimal issues or complaints.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a technical sales role in the renewable energy sector, preferably within solar.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for solar energy projects.
